Snack Bar Update
If you have an account – please check your balance at the snack bar this weekend. Several families are in the negative, and we need to get settled up before the season ends.
Labor Day Family Picnic - Sept 5, 12 pm
Labor Day at noon: Pack a picnic basket for your family and enjoy some time to relax and have some poolside fun, SPSTC Family Style!! Look forward to seeing you there!
Annual Meeting & Drawing - Sept 5, 1 pm
The SPSTC Annual Membership Meeting will be held at 1 pm on Labor Day, immediately following the Family Picnic. New board members will be up for election, financial and operations reports will be presented and plans for the future of SPSTC will be discussed.
One member of each family is asked to attend the Annual Meeting. We will be holding a drawing for $100 off 2012 dues among adult attendees at the meeting - make sure you're there to qualify!
Virtual Suggestion Box
The board will be meeting in October to plan for SPSTC long- and short-term improvements and we want your feedback. Please send your suggestions for what you like, dislike and think we need to do to improve our club to: membership@southparkstc.com
Pool Schedule for the remainder of 2011
Weekends through Sep. 11:
Saturday: 10 am - 9 pm
Sunday: 1 - 8 pm
Weekdays, now through August 24th:
Monday - Friday: 10 am - 9 pm
Weekdays Aug. 25th - Sept. 2:
Monday through Thursday: 3:30 - 7 pm
Friday: 3:30 - 9 pm
Labor Day, Sept. 5: 10 am - 7 pm
(the pool will be closed weekdays after Sept. 5, but open the weekend of Sept. 10-11)
Chili Cook-off: Mark your Calendar Now - Nov 5, 7-11 pm
The annual SPSTC chili cook-off will be Saturday, November 5 from 7-11 p.m. Details will follow, but mark your calendars and start planning your best chili recipe for this fun fall adult social.
